We guarantee puppy to be free from infection and serious disease

Puppies are required to be paid for in full prior to 8 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable,
but can be transferred to another litter prior to puppies being 8 weeks of age

If an unforeseen incident occurs we will transfer deposit to another litter or refund money
Depending on situation . Refunds include death of dam during pregnancy  or agreement in writing.

The buyer will be responsible for any damage to persons or property brought on by his / her dog

  pups will be up to date on shots at time of sale.
